  • TURKEY CHALLENGE CARDIO KICKOFF

    Shake your tail feathers to this cardio class meant to HYPE. YOU. UP. for the Turkey Challenge!!

  • GLIDER LEGS + CORE

    Props: gliders. Slide and glide through this quick class that will burn out your legs and abs.

  • BODYWEIGHT SHADOWBOXING

    Props: none. If you're looking to throw some hands, you're in the right place :)

  • CORE BLAST 14

    Props: none. This class is guaranteed to challenge your core and torch your abs!

  • GLIDER CIRCUIT

    Props: 1 glider, set of light weights. 8 moves, 1 minute each, 2 rounds. Sounds easy right? :)

  • FEEL GOOD TOTAL BODY

    Props: heavy weights. This class is designed to make you body feel gooood and break a serious sweat! Move with your breath and challenge your mind/body connection with fun choreo and spicy moves :)

  • ARMS + ABS

    Props: heavy weights. This one will make your arms feel like jello and really light up your core! LMK what you think in the comments!

    Props: heavy weights. Props: heavy weights. Burn out your arms and legs AT THE SAME TIME - trust me, this one is fun! Pair this class with Barre: Glutes + Core for a serious full body sweat!

  • CORE BLAST 12: FLIP FLOP BODYWEIGHT ABS

    Props: none. Flip flop between prone and supine core exercises in this hardcore ab focused class. (Bonus: there are extra spicy oblique moves in here too!)
