    Props: 1 medium weight (4-8lb). The choreography in this class is extra fun and super challenging!

  • INTRO TO HEAVIER WEIGHTS

    Props: heavy weights. Time to break out the 10-15lbs. (Class can also be done with medium weights)

  • BARRE EXPRESS 3

    Props: mini band + glider. We're adding a glider to barre in this one! Get excited ;)

  • ALL ARMS

    Props: heavy + light weights, mini band. Save this class for your next arm day - its spicy!!

  • B+S EXPRESS 2

    Props: heavy weights, glider, mini band. Finally, the highly requested shorty barre + sculpt class.

  • TOTAL BODY GLIDERS

    Props: gliders + heavy weights. Target your legs arms and core in this full body glider class.

  • WINDMILL ARMS + ABS

    Props: heavy weights. This class featuring windmills will torch your arms and abs! Try it out and let me know what you think of the new moves :)

  • 12 STEP TOTAL BODY

    Props: mini band. This class only uses 12 moves but will absolutely challenge your entire body!

  • TURKEY CHALLENGE HARD AF CIRCUIT

    Props: heavy weights. The last week of the TC is here and this is what we've been training for!

  • LOWER BODY BLAST

    Props: 1 heavy weight. Fire up your lower body with minimal props but maximum reward.

  • BARRE EXPRESS 2

    Quick but lit - this class packs the challenge of a full length class into just 30 minutes!

  • TOWEL WORKOUT

    Props: towel. This class is one of my favorites! Save it for when you're on the go!

  • SHOULDER RECOVERY

    Props: foam roller, lax ball. Your shoulders are one of the most mobile joints in your body and also frequently the tightest. Grab whatever props you have (I demo a lot of variations) and add this to your weekly rotation!

  • SLOW BURN SCULPT

    Props: heavy weights. Don't let the slower tempo fool you - this one is a toughie!

  • BODYWEIGHT BARRE

    You won't need any props for this super challenging barre class - not even a barre!

  • SCULPT EXPRESS 2

    Props: heavy + light weights. Round 2 of this highly requested Sculpt Express class! I promise you'll be dripping sweat by the time it's over - let me know what you think in the comments!

  • BARRE: GLUTES + CORE

    Props: mini band. The best of barre glutes and core in one quick and really efficient class! Pair this class with Barre: Heavy Weights + Quads for a killer full body workout!

  • SCULPT EXPRESS 1

    Props: heavy weights, mini band. This highly requested Sculpt choreo featuring kick throughs and clam is EXTRA fun! I promise you'll be dripping sweat by the time it's over - let me know what you think in the comments!

  • GLIDER BARRE

    Props: gliders. Slide into some classic barre moves in this legs + core focused barre class!

  • BODYWEIGHT CARDIO (NO JUMPING)

    Props: none. Your downstairs neighbors will thank you for this one - all the cardio without the jumping! You can do this bodyweight class ANYWHERE!

  • PROPS ON PROPS ARMS + GLUTES

    Props: mini band, light weights. Burn out your glutes + arms using 2 sets of props at the same time! (This class can also be easily modified by getting rid of the props all together or using only one set- tons of options!)

  • STRENGTH + CARDIO CIRCUIT

    Props: gliders and heavy weights. This cardio and strength circuit class will fly by! Grab your heavy weights (or combine your light/heavy weights for a heavier load) and challenge your strength and endurance! Let me know if you like the circuit style class format in the comments too!

  • GLUTES + OBLIQUES

    Props: None. Table top, clam, side planks, core oblique blasts - this class has it all! (For an extra burn, pair this class with ARMS + QUADS) Let me know what you think in the comments!
