Props: mini band. The best of barre glutes and core in one quick and really efficient class! Pair this class with Barre: Heavy Weights + Quads for a killer full body workout!

CORE BLAST 12: FLIP FLOP BODYWEIGHT ABS
Props: none. Flip flop between prone and supine core exercises in this hardcore ab focused class. (Bonus: there are extra spicy oblique moves in here too!)
