PROPS ON PROPS ARMS + GLUTES
Props: mini band, light weights. Burn out your glutes + arms using 2 sets of props at the same time! (This class can also be easily modified by getting rid of the props all together or using only one set- tons of options!)

STRENGTH + CARDIO CIRCUIT
Props: gliders and heavy weights. This cardio and strength circuit class will fly by! Grab your heavy weights (or combine your light/heavy weights for a heavier load) and challenge your strength and endurance! Let me know if you like the circuit style class format in the comments too!
