Sculpt your arms, legs and abs in this full body toning class focusing on strength and form. You’ll need a mat and space to move.
Optional props: heavy and light weights, a resistance loop band and gliders.
* All classes can be done without props. Feel free to add weights and resistance loop bands as an added challenge. (Remember “weights” can be anything - water bottles, canned goods, wine bottles - be creative. No gliders? No problem. Use a hand towel on hardwood floors and a paper plate on carpet.)
