06/18/20 barre(less)
Your favorite barre class, without the barre. You’ll need a surface to help you balance, such as the back of a chair or counter.
Optional props: heavy and light weights, a resistance loop band and a Pilates ball
* All classes can be done without props. Feel free to add weights and resistance loop bands as an added challenge.
Remember “weights” can be anything - water bottles, canned goods, wine bottles - be creative. A small pillow or yoga block are great substitutes for the Pilates ball.
