    This slower paced, but challenging class focuses on form and mind/body connection.

    Props: heavy weights. Time to break out the 10-15lbs. (Class can also be done with medium weights)

  • CARDIO + STRENGTH (PART 2 STRENGTH)

    This is class 2 of 2 in the Cardio + Strength series. Get ready to sweat and strengthen your body! This class was created to be done in tandem with Cardio + Strength, Part 1 - but it's also amazing by itself!

  • TOWEL WORKOUT

    Props: towel. This class is one of my favorites! Save it for when you're on the go!

  • FEEL GOOD TOTAL BODY

    Props: heavy weights. This class is designed to make you body feel gooood and break a serious sweat! Move with your breath and challenge your mind/body connection with fun choreo and spicy moves :)

  • GLIDER CIRCUIT

    Props: 1 glider, set of light weights. 8 moves, 1 minute each, 2 rounds. Sounds easy right? :)

  • STRENGTH + CARDIO CIRCUIT

    Props: gliders and heavy weights. This cardio and strength circuit class will fly by! Grab your heavy weights (or combine your light/heavy weights for a heavier load) and challenge your strength and endurance! Let me know if you like the circuit style class format in the comments too!
